When Booking Has Been Agreed: Number of Participants, Tour Duration, and Tour Package Prices.

If the Guest cancels the Tour Activity Agreement 6 Days Prior to Bintan Tour Package 3D2N , We Will Return the Deposit Money 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total deposit paid.
If the Guest cancels the Tour Activity Agreement 3 Days Prior to the Tour Day, then we declare a Deposit Money.
If 6 Days Before the Tour is held, there will be participants unable to leave, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.
If three days prior to the implementation of the Tour Package Lagoi there are participants who are unable to leave, then we will be deducting 80% of the price per person.
If prior to the implementation of a vacation package to Lagoi Bintan there were participants who were unable to leave due to illness, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.
